At Impact Youth Staffing Solutions™, we believe every young person deserves an opportunity to work, earn, learn, and lead.
We are more than a staffing company—we are a community workforce development organization that connects motivated youth with homeowners, seniors, nonprofits, and small businesses that need reliable help.
Our mission is simple:

By providing supervised, meaningful work experiences, we help young people develop the skills employers are looking for while creating safer, stronger communities where neighbors know and trust one another.
When people know the young person in the hoodie, fear is replaced with familiarity, love, respect, and community.
How It Works
We recruit, train, background-screen (when age appropriate), and supervise youth workers before matching them with families, businesses, and community members who need assistance. Every youth receives training in:

Pre-Apprenticeship Student Success & Workforce Readiness Program
The Pre-Apprenticeship Student Success & Workforce Readiness Program is designed for 9th–11th grade students interested in entering skilled trades, entrepreneurship, workforce development, or career pathways after high school. The program focuses on accountability, leadership, academic improvement, attendance, workplace readiness, and life skills.
