Dr. Aisha Childs is a workforce development strategist and systems architect with over 25 years of experience supporting students, families, institutions, and businesses in building programs that deliver results. As founder of MIEBC & NITP, she brings a structured, compliance-ready approach to workforce training, intake, enrollment, and program optimization.
Dr. Childs holds advanced credentials including an MBA, PMP, CSM, and Life Coach certification, and is known for translating complex workforce and funding requirements into clear, executable systems. She has been recruited as a subject matter expert to create large-scale intake and enrollment operations, expanding access to hundreds of workforce training programs and serving over one million individuals.
Working in alignment with the National Institute for Training Providers (NITP) and current workforce partners, Dr. Childs supports organizations in becoming approved training providers, strengthening existing programs, and improving performance outcomes related to completion, placement, retention, and advancement.
